The insertion of an Advance Sling is a surgical procedure for the management of male urinary incontinence.

The patient in this video has previously had a radical prostatectomy. He is over one year following surgery and is bothered by mild urinary incontinence at times of increased physical activity.

The video below highlights the surgical steps for the insertion of this male urethral sling. The surgery is performed by Dr. Charles Chabert of The Prostate Clinic on the Gold Coast, Australia.
